Catch-all Emails in Web Hosting
In case you have a web hosting with us and you would like to activate the catch-all option for a given email mailbox that you’ve got in your hosting account, it will take literally only a single mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to achieve that. A catch-all button is available to the right of each and every email address that you have set up under any domain name hosted in the account. You can pick one single address per domain name by clicking the respective button. This will enable the feature instantaneously, so all messages sent to miswritten addresses will be received there. Clicking on the button again will disable the catch-all feature. If you’ve got enabled email forwarding, our system will show a warning notification and you won’t be able to enable the catch-all feature until you remove the forwarding or you can simply pick some other mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be activated effortlessly if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with our company. All the email addresses that you have created using the domains hosted in the account will be enumerated in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll notice a mini sign handily situated directly next to each one. With just one mouse click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already enabled and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature through the context menu that will appear. In case any of the preconditions for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will let you know, but will not deactivate or replace anything automatically.
